The location of the hotel was perfect as everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a good restaurant that was reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade to a suite, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The concierge service and wait staff were incredible and provided us with valuable information. The room was beautifully decorated and the key code for the elevator added an extra level of security. The aquarium in the lobby was a wonderful sight to see each time we went up and down the elevators. it was a fantastic trip and my wife and I loved our first time in Berlin.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is close to all attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with great views of the city. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices to suit everyone's tastes.

My first impression of the hotel was positive, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff, particularly Betul, was incredibly helpful and kind, assisting us with our luggage. The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance of all major tourist sites. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Spree River and opposite the Dom.

There were some disappointments during our stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations, which was understandable, but the staff's response to certain issues was lacking.

The free popcorn and soda in the lobby were a nice touch, as was the complimentary shuttle to the shopping area. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the action. Plus, the bed was super comfy and made for a good night's sleep.

This hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing in the city and is close to many restaurants and bars. The highlight is definitely the world's largest cylindrical aquarium, which is underneath the hotel. You can enjoy the view while sipping a drink in the garden or while having breakfast, which is included in the rate for vegetarians.
