The accommodations were spacious, and I appreciated the

set-up of the room, especially the bathroom with consistent hot water for the shower. However, the check-in process could have been smoother, as it felt a bit slow during peak hours. The location near restaurants is definitely a highlight.

We adored the spacious double room with two double beds, which was perfect for our family of four. The on-site restaurant offered a tasty breakfast, including delicious grits and bacon that everyone enjoyed, and the indoor pool was a hit with the kids, providing a fun way to unwind after a day of exploring.

Unfortunately, the hotel’s fire alarm went off early one morning, causing disruption.

I encountered several issues during my stay that left me frustrated. First, the noise level in the hallway was intolerable, making it difficult to relax at night. Additionally, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the shared microwave. it was not appealing to use. Lastly, I expected better customer service—when I brought up my concerns at the front desk, I didn’t feel like my issues were taken seriously.

The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by a great walking area with plenty of delightful restaurants. The breakfast was a real treat, with flavorful options like grits and sausages.

Unfortunately, the shower lacked grab bars, which made my older companions uneasy. We also faced some confusion at check-in, which took longer than expected and could have been smoother.

I stayed here to enjoy the proximity to SouthPark and explore the local dining scene. The room was modern and clean, making my family’s stay quite comfortable. We really appreciated the delicious breakfast options, especially the grits and sausage, which everyone enjoyed. A minor hiccup with the room not having a refrigerator didn’t affect our overall satisfaction. Overall, a pleasant experience!

The lack of communication about housekeeping practices was frustrating!!! Additionally, the elevators were slow and had malfunctions, and noise from neighboring rooms made it hard to relax. The cleanliness in common areas left much to be desired!!!

The club level room was stylish and spacious. The proximity to great restaurants perfectly suited our family's needs.

The room was super stylish with modern decor that really stood out. I loved the rainfall shower head, made it feel fancy! But the bed was just okay, not the coziest I’ve had. And the layout was quirky, like a mini fridge hidden behind a faux door—but I appreciated that touch. Overall, it was clean, but a bit tired around the edges.
