The value for the money at Renaissance was exceptional. The room was beautifully designed and felt like a scene from a movie. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of Piedmont Town Center and SouthPark Mall. The staff treated us with excellent service, from the front desk to the concierge to the maids who were cheerful and spoke Spanish. Highly recommend!

The only area that could be improved was the breakfast offerings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beautifully decorated room had a chic and modern design, with faux wood floors that made it feel clean and fresh. The beds were comfy and the sheets and duvet were clean. The hotel provided Aveda bath products, which added a luxurious touch to our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with special mentions to Danny, the doorman, and Morgan, in the bar. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the SouthPark mall and close to plenty of awesome restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the free and plentiful parking available.

The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming. The location was great with numerous dining options in the surrounding area. The rooms were spectacular, with beautiful furniture and extremely comfortable beds. The bathroom and shower were fantastic, with great lighting and plenty of space for all your stuff.

Some areas of the hotel looked a bit dated and were in need of renovation. One guest experienced their TV not working, but it wasn't a big issue as they were only stopping for a place to sleep.

I switched rooms due to cleanliness issues but was extremely impressed with the room I stayed in. The rainfall shower was a highlight. Hotel location was great for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at the Renaissance hotel in Charlotte. The location was perfect for exploring the city. There were plenty of great restaurants and a huge mall right across the street. The lobby area was spacious and the hotel bar was a nice place to unwind. The rooms were comfortable and the staff members were all friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the easy Uber ride to downtown. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience in Charlotte.

From the minute I drove to the lobby area, I was greeted by the most wonderful Danny the doorman. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, making me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the poached eggs which were cooked to perfection. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. The location of this hotel is just outside of downtown, making it convenient to explore all that this city has to offer.
