From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. The warm welcome cookies were a delightful surprise, and the spacious bathroom was a dreamy retreat after each day out.

While the room was cozy, it felt a bit cramped given the price. The coffee order was wrong a few times during breakfast, highlighting some service inconsistencies that affected our start.

During a recent trip to London for some sightseeing, I enjoyed my stay in a charming hotel perfectly situated near popular attractions like Buckingham Palace and Covent Garden. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after exploring the city. I was especially impressed with the attentive front desk staff who went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would love to come back.

Service was sweet as, but breakfast was slow as. Chur to the staff for their attention, though! The bar vibe was heaps nice and cozy.

My stay was enhanced by the delightful experience at the fabulous GBR restaurant, just a few steps away, which made me feel right at home with excellent service and great food. additionally, the vibrant atmosphere at the nearby DUKES Bar was a highlight, perfect for unwinding after long days exploring the city, and the hotel's central location made it so easy to stroll to iconic spots like Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery within a short walk.

The location made it easy to visit major attractions like Trafalgar Square, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the evenings.

The family and I absolutely loved our stay! The location made it a breeze to explore the city, especially after an amazing performance of one of our favorite shows. The staff was incredibly attentive, even treating our little one like royalty during tea time.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if they offered more family-oriented activities. We were hoping for fun kids' entertainment.

I loved the little details like slippers and great housekeeping that let us sleep in without any disturbance. It felt spacious despite being a traditional setup, and the quiet atmosphere made it perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

Wi-fi was great and the bar had a cozy atmosphere. Valet parking was pricey.
