The Reichshof Hotel is a stunning blend of historical charm and modern comfort, right across from Hamburg's main train station. My spacious room was impeccably clean, with wonderfully comfortable bedding. I was delighted by the lavish breakfast buffet, which offered a range of choices including their fantastic waffle maker—a must-try! The bar staff were exceptional, creating delicious cocktails that made our evenings enjoyable. Despite the busy environment, the hotel radiated elegance, making it a pleasant place to unwind after a day of exploring.

I had a fantastic time with my friends at this hotel. Its central location makes it a great base to explore the Inner and Outer Alster lakes and the town hall. We enjoyed the amazing restaurant and did a bit of sightseeing around the harbour and shopping areas.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by great dining options, including a notable nearby Chinese restaurant. Breakfast offered a diverse selection of high-quality items, including a tempting Hungarian beef stew. However, navigating from the lobby to the family suite was a bit confusing due to the hotel's layout, and while the rooms were clean, mine could have been larger for a family stay. The nearby parking garage was quite tight, making it difficult to maneuver larger vehicles.

It was just a great fit for a couple of nights in Hamburg with good value for cost. The spa and gym were small but well planned, making it easy to keep up with workouts during my stay. Make sure to check out the historical bar for a unique drink experience.

I had a wonderful experience exploring Hamburg with this hotel as my base. I loved that I could walk to the iconic Town Hall in just over 15 minutes and easily reach the scenic Planten un Blomen park for a relaxing stroll and beautiful views.

The location across from the central station is fantastic! 🚉 It's super convenient for getting around Hamburg, and being within walking distance to the beautiful Außen-Alster lake is a huge plus. The cleanliness was impressive and the breakfast had lots of choices!
