I was really disappointed with the room's humidity. it felt damp even with the AC running. Additionally, housekeeping knocked quite early at 10:30 AM, which felt intrusive as we were trying to enjoy our stay. It was frustrating having to explain we still had time before checkout. It's a shame because the location was great and had potential.

The hotel was clean and had great amenities. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with everything clearly labeled, making it a delightful experience every morning!

The Wi-Fi situation was like an open buffet, but I needed a secure password. Talk about needing a digital bouncer!

i almost thought about giving this place a decent review, but then came the beeping noise all night and the breakfast that was nonexistent. don’t even get me started on the fact that i expected a complimentary snack for such a disrupted stay. clearly, they don't prioritize comfort like a real hotel should!

I absolutely loved my stay! The King Suite was spacious and so comfy, with a mini fridge and pull-out sofa that made it feel like home. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious veggie egg white omelettes and a fantastic pancake machine that was so much fun. I highly recommend this hotel for its fresh decor and attentive service that truly made my experience special!

Spent a great time with friends at this hotel! We checked out the Charlotte Motor Speedway and Concord Mills, which are super close. The outdoor workout area had everything we needed, like hand weights and yoga mats. Breakfast had a pancake machine, but definitely get there early to avoid lines. Staff were welcoming and made us feel at home. Perfect spot for a fun trip!

the holiday inn express had a great location, close to everything we wanted to see. breakfast was a highlight, especially the pancake machine that made fresh pancakes automatically! the staff were super friendly and welcoming. our room had dove products, which was a nice touch after we forgot our own soap.
