We had a fantastic time at this beautiful resort near Berlin. The lobby, pool, and sauna were all top-notch, and the views outside were breathtaking. The included breakfast buffet was perfect and the food in general was delicious. The staff guy in the pool area was particularly attentive and made our stay enjoyable.

The surrounding area was so beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel's service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and bell staff/porter available whenever we needed them. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and the in-room amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable.

During my stay at the resort, I was delighted to discover that the hotel is situated near a beautiful lake, providing a stunning backdrop to my entire experience. The surrounding expansive lawns and pool area added to the serene atmosphere, and the saunas were a wonderful touch for relaxation. The inside and outside pools were clean and sparkling, and I particularly enjoyed using the provided robes and slippers while lounging by the pool and sauna.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near a huge park and the lake. The outdoor pool was perfect for a refreshing swim after a long bike ride. The breakfast spread was delicious and gave us plenty of energy for our adventures. The staff spoke English well and were very helpful.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the amazing breakfast spread with a great variety of hot and cold dishes offered. the location on the lake was beautiful and peaceful, a perfect getaway from the city. We also loved the well-maintained spa and pool facilities, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The room we booked was not what we expected, with strange configurations and uncomfortable furniture. we had some issues with the AC and heating system, making our stay uncomfortable.
