We had a delightful stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Boston. The room was spacious and the bathroom was especially impressive. Despite being on the 9th floor, the only downside was the lack of a stunning view. However, the highlight of our stay was the thoughtful turndown service by Fatima. She left a lovely arrangement of cookies with a personalized note, which made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to the city center and easily accessible from the airport. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout my stay. Another great aspect was the newly remodeled lobby area, which had a welcoming and hip atmosphere. The bar and fireplace in the lobby were a nice touch and created a cozy ambiance.

In this day and age, many hotels offer free wifi, so it felt unnecessary to pay for it. Additionally, the noise from the strike outside was quite bothersome and disrupted the services at the hotel, such as the closure of the bar and club lounge.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. Our rooms were upgraded to spacious suites with stunning views of Boston Common. The tasteful decor and comfortable beds made us feel like we were in heaven. The staff, including Gerry, were extremely efficient and attentive, going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. We also enjoyed the in-room treats and the delicious food at the club level.

The lobby at this hotel is cozy and sophisticated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was attentive and well-trained, providing excellent service. Additionally, the New American bistro in the hotel offered delicious food, with the roasted vegetables and goat cheese being a standout dish.

There were some communication issues among the staff. Despite being accommodating and responsive, it felt like there was a lack of coordination and note-keeping.

During my recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, I had a specific request regarding the location of my room. I had read in a review that some rooms near the gym could be noisy. So, I decided to email the hotel in advance and also mention it at the front desk upon check-in.
