The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. Plus, the free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.

The cleaning schedule left a lot to be desired. The room was only cleaned every three days and the coffee cups we requested were taken away during the cleaning despite it being obvious we were using them.

The hotel could improve on their communication and response to messages, as there were delays in addressing payment issues and other queries.

had an amazing weekend at a cozy, well-designed aparthotel in Munich. The friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location exceeded expectations. The rooftop terrace with colorful views and delicious caipirinhas was a perfect spot to unwind. Would highly recommend for short or long stays.
