The value for money was fantastic, especially with the included breakfast. The room was comfortable with a great view, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, with the metro station nearby.

Christmas at this hotel was a magical experience. The festive decorations throughout the hotel created a warm and cheerful atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering special holiday treats and surprises. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with major attractions and shopping areas within walking distance. The cozy fireplace in the lobby was a great spot to relax and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate.

The prices at the hotel restaurants and bar were exorbitant. We found ourselves eating out most of the time to avoid the high costs.

There are also many attractions nearby, such as the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate. Additionally, there is a mall close by for convenient shopping. The rooms are luxurious and have a modern design, with amenities like USB ports and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a variety of options to satisfy different tastes.

There seemed to be some issues with the housekeeping service, as some guests mentioned that their requests for extra towels and toiletries were not always fulfilled.

I had the best stay at this hotel. The location was brilliant, within walking distance to many iconic sites. The room was comfortable with a birds-eye view of the city. The bathroom was spacious and had a walk-in shower. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh fruit and dairy products. The staff throughout the hotel, including reception and wait staff, were outstanding and always helpful.
