Great staff and well-maintained grounds with excellent pool facilities. Rooms can vary, but make sure to request a balcony for fresh air. Good location with easy access to Legian. Lovely adults-only pool and spa. The new Azul Beach Club is a standout.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mandira! The pool was stunning and perfect for families, with varying depths and awesome slides. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. The location was also excellent, with easy access to the beach and a favorite beach bar.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with more options.

The hotel had great outdoor facilities, with two pools and a beach bar. the location was also perfect, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. We also enjoyed being able to order food and drinks from the pool and charge it to the room.

The Indonesian food selection was very basic and lacked freshly cooked options. the beds were quite small and uncomfortable, which made sleeping a bit of a challenge for taller individuals.

Amazing beachfront resort with beautiful grounds and pool area. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, close to shopping areas and within walking distance of popular lanes. The spa treatments were reasonably priced and highly enjoyable. We even received a complimentary room upgrade with a fantastic view. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Some minor issues with the air conditioning not cooling properly and occasional cigarette smoke in the room. Also, the cocktails and dinner prices were a bit expensive compared to other options.

Good This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the staff provided exceptional service, making me feel pampered and cared for. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing, while the beach access added to the overall fantastic experience. the spa centre offered an extensive range of body scrubs, massages, beauty treatments and facials. I enjoyed a full body massage and foot massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast and restaurant buffet for lunch and dinner.

Bad the only minor issue I had was with the location advantages. Although the hotel offered a shuttle service, it was a bit far from other attractions I wanted to visit.
