I had a fantastic stay at The Charles Hotel in Munich. The staff were amazing, upgrading my room to an executive suite. The shower was wonderful, and the room was well-appointed and maintained. The morning bellman was particularly gracious and helpful. The staff at reception were proactive, friendly, and all-around positive. The room was quiet and perfectly clean. The breakfast was delicious, too. I will definitely be coming back to The Charles Hotel in the future.

The hotel had spacious rooms with great views of the city, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was central, with many attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The check-in process was not up to par with a 5-star hotel, and the overall glamorous feel was lacking. the restaurant chairs were worn out and in need of refurbishment, and the Christmas decorations in March seemed out of place.

The value for money was excellent, with comfortable rooms and a superb location. The staff at reception and the bar were very attentive and made our stay enjoyable.

The bathroom was luxurious, with a heated floor and high-quality toiletries. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel also had a spa and pool area, which was a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service.

The restaurant at the hotel did not meet my expectations.

Great location near popular attractions and the famous beer hall. Enjoyed the spacious and well-decorated Junior Suite with comfortable beds. the modern bathrooms had thick plush towels and good shade coverage for a good night's sleep.

Limited pool access for children during specific hours was disappointing. Service at reception was not up to par, as staff failed to acknowledge our presence.

This hotel was a great find during our city trip, offering excellent value and a prime location. the staff was friendly and accommodating at all times, making us feel welcome from arrival to departure. One of the best aspects was the complementary breakfast, tasty and filling enough to keep us going for hours of sightseeing. we appreciated the complementary WiFi, which was fast and reliable. a fantastic stay that we would highly recommend to others.

Our room did not have any coffee or tea-making facilities, which meant we had to order room service every time we wanted a hot drink. the bathrobe in the room was uncleaned, which was a bit of a shock when we put it on.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and stylish, and the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, informative, and always went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, with a cozy and peaceful surroundings.

The breakfast could have been improved by offering a complimentary coffee machine or water boiler cattle in the rooms. Having to order tea and coffee from room service and pay for it was a bit inconvenient.

We loved the beautiful rooms, excellent cleaning service, and incredible breakfast, especially the delicious bacon. The room service and food were amazing, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the possibility of a later check-out. As bike riders, we enjoyed the bike-friendly facilities and amenities.
