I spent my New Year's celebration at this hotel and the location was perfect for accessing nearby attractions. I also enjoyed the two complimentary drinks per day which is a nice touch. the staff were polite and accommodating. What’s more, the view from our room was fantastic and we were able to watch the fireworks display.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of clear directions from Shinosaka station and limited English proficiency among some staff members, the overall experience at Courtyard By Marriott Shin-Osaka Station was fantastic.
