We had an amazing experience at the hotel! the staff, especially Sandra and Pierre, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Despite some noise from construction in the floor above our room, the hotel offered us an alternative room upgrade on a different floor, which allowed us to have a peaceful and restful stay. We also loved the self-service concept of the hotel and the availability of the staff whenever we needed assistance. the bar on the upper floor was a nice addition too. a great experience at Ruby Rosi Hotel.

The bar area was a great spot to unwind after a long day of business meetings. the shower was excellent and the toiletries provided were perfect. the breakfast was amazing and had a variety of options to choose from. the hotel’s location was ideal, just a short walk from the city center and public transportation.

The room was quite small and did not have enough storage for a big luggage. Some furniture for storage would have been appreciated.
