the view from the window is absolutely breathtaking—if you enjoy staring at a dirty pool and the busy street below. this hotel claims to provide towels, but they seem to think small hand towels are adequate. i can’t believe i wasn’t upgraded for all the inconvenience, a complimentary dinner would’ve been nice, but i guess that’s too much to ask.

We enjoy staying at a convenient location near the metro, making it super easy to explore the local attractions. The grab-and-go convenience store adds extra flexibility, especially for quick snacks. Plus, the pool area is fantastic, providing a great spot for the kids to unwind!

However, the breakfast area can feel a bit cramped during peak hours.

My family enjoyed our two-night stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the complimentary shuttle service for beach visits. However, the breakfast area was cramped, and choices were limited. A tip, arrive early for breakfast to beat the crowd!

Had an awesome time with friends! The location is great, just a short stroll from Al Qiyadah metro station. We explored the Deira Clock Tower and the bustling Gold Souk. The staff were super polite, and cleaning was top-notch. Also, great breakfast options to fuel our adventures.

However, we faced a bummer when check-out time couldn’t be extended even for an hour, which left us rushing after a fun pool day.

We stayed there for 28 nights,, and the whole vibe was just great! The swimming pool was perfect for the kids, they loved it, and I found the cleanliness impressive. they cleaned the room every day, which was a big plus for us.

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but considering everything, I’d say it was still acceptable.

The Urban King Room offered a fantastic pool view and was well-maintained, creating a pleasant ambiance. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that daily cleaning was done meticulously. The food was a highlight, especially the grilled fish that impressed everyone at the table. Access to the beach through the complimentary shuttle service made the stay even more enjoyable.
