We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were exceptional - friendly and always willing to help. The apartment was great and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine that unfortunately wasn't working properly. However, the front desk manager, Sarah, and the maintenance staff went above and beyond to fix the issue and even dried our laundry for us before our checkout deadline. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the location was perfect with easy access to the underground train station and main attractions. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to our friends.

Located in a vibrant neighborhood, Sana Berlin Residence offers a perfect base for party people with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchens. The bathrooms are excellent, featuring underfloor heating and plenty of hot water. The staff provides exceptional service, always ready to help with a smile. the property is conveniently located, just a short walk from an underground train station.

Some staff members appeared to be new and not fully familiar with the property, which made it challenging to get answers to questions.

The spacious apartment had a great location. It was equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was very useful. Massive bath was perfect and we enjoyed soaking after a long day of exploring.

The fridge had not been cleaned and there were stains on some of the crockery. Some staff members seemed to be new and lacked knowledge about the property, making it difficult to get answers to our questions.
