Over Easter, I stayed at a charming historical hotel surrounded by stunning gardens. The spacious rooms boasted original features, and the breakfasts were delicious. The hotel was located away from the crowds, providing a much-needed escape from city life. An added bonus was the friendly staff and the warm welcome given to our furry friend.

The lack of wifi was a downside, and there were no options for nearby food. , on the first night of our stay, there was a function which caused an overwhelming noise that lasted until 1 am.
