Felt like a British castle. Wonderful renovated with lots of old furniture. Superb room with upgrade. Excellent location on Moselle river. Great starting point for hikes. Lovely breakfast. Family-friendly with adjacent rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a lovely city break at a fairytale-like hotel with a beautiful building. Our comfortable room had a lavish bathroom that made a good impression. the location was great, offering easy access to key attractions in the area. Our dog was allowed to stay with us, which was a great perk.

The lack of dining options for guests not wishing to eat in the fine dining restaurant was a downside. the small bar menu was quite limited and ended up being the same as the lunch menu.

the exclusive amenities in my room were a pleasant surprise, including a private balcony overlooking the fairytale-like garden area. the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to meet my needs. the Spa & wellness centre offered a steam room and Turkish bath, making it easy for me to relax and unwind. the location was wonderful, offering stunning views of the Mosel river.

We had a fantastic stay at Schloss Lieser, Autograph Collection. The atmosphere of the castle is truly impressive and the location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful and spoke good English. The building itself is a historical gem and the wellness facilities were top-notch. We especially appreciate the friendly and attentive service from the breakfast staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

One minor drawback was the lack of soundproofing in the room. We could hear noise from the corridors and neighboring rooms, which was a bit disruptive.

The dinner options offered at the hotel's restaurant are quite expensive, leaving some guests surprised by the final bill.
