The location was ideal for a holiday during Christmas with beautiful surroundings to enjoy walks. the food was delicious and well-presented, with many options for vegetarian and vegan guests. the pool and spa facilities were spotless and had a very relaxing atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, always catering to our needs with a smile.

The layout of the building was confusing, making it hard to find the way to some areas. the noise level was high, especially during peak times, which made it challenging to unwind.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel - Das Waldhotel - Genuss & Wellness Am Notschreipass. the staff were very nice and accommodating, and I enjoyed playing pool and table tennis in the hotel's facilities. the spa was very nice, although it was fully booked during my visit. the pool was clean and at the perfect temperature, and I loved that they provided slippers, bath robes, and extra towels for the pool and sauna. the breakfast was delicious and filling, and the hotel's restaurant had a family-friendly menu with fresh German fare. the location of the hotel in the Black Forest was perfect for exploring and hiking in the area.
