Great stay with spacious rooms and good amenities for a family. Beautiful lake and landscaping outside. Complimentary water, M&M/Nut/Tea setup, and incidental free parking were appreciated. The gym was well-equipped and the cool wet washcloths were a nice touch after a workout. The restaurant had a nice view, delicious food, and great coffee. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I recently had an enjoyable time at this hotel during my stay for a work trip. The hotel is located in a convenient area, right in front of a large seating area and just down the sidewalk from the parking lot. It is in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities provided were of high quality and the rooms had a great view up high. Plus, the breakfast included with my stay was a nice added bonus.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing to complain about.

Loved the beautiful and well, kept hotel. the gym was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the eggs Benedict breakfast platter in the restaurant downstairs was delicious and satisfying. the hotel's location near key attractions made it convenient for exploring the city.

One downside was the separate parking fee, which was an additional expense. Also, the room I booked was not what I expected.

The hotel's location is not the best, with limited dining and shopping options nearby. However, it is close to a movie theater and the Perimeter mall. The restaurant on the lower level is decent, but nothing special. The rooms have comfortable beds, a small fridge, and a nice view of the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet has a decent variety of hot and cold food.

The service at the hotel needs some improvement. The front desk staff was not very welcoming and did not provide helpful information about the area shuttle or Wi-Fi.

In addition, the room was spacious and well-furnished with all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, a refrigerator. The staff here was very helpful, and the housekeeping, dry cleaning and laundry services were all top-class.

I recently stayed at The Westin in Atlanta for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly spacious and had a lovely view of the lake. The hotel lobby is very nice and the staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. Additionally, the free shuttle service to Perimeter mall was a convenient bonus. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm in the area.

They even accommodated our late arrival due to Hurricane Ida. We were initially placed in a room with ants, but the staff quickly moved us to another room on the same floor. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary breakfast for the duration of our stay, and it exceeded our expectations. From the bartender to the housekeeping staff, everyone we encountered was kind and welcoming. The hotel itself was stunning, providing a luxurious experience. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful outdoor lounge area by the lake, perfect for relaxing with a book and a cup of coffee.

Conveniently located near shops and restaurants, the in-house Starbucks and spa-like shower were enjoyable features. The staff went above and beyond with great customer service, particularly Dedo Dixon. One small perk included a free drink at the restaurant for a friend's birthday.
