I had a disappointing experience with the check-in process, which was excessively slow and caused frustrating delays. Finding my way to the room was a challenge due to the confusing layout and lack of clear signage nearby. Additionally, my room lacked basic amenities like a dental kit and had issues with the water temperature, resulting in a cold shower that was highly unsatisfactory.

the hotel room was basically a sauna, humidity everywhere, and don’t even get me started on the mini bar that was empty—typical. it would have been nice to receive a complimentary gesture for all the inconveniences, you know? expected special treatment for the price I paid, but alass, just another average stay.

i almost thought this place could redeem itself, but no. the breakfast was a chaotic free-for-all, and the food was unbelievably terrible, like fast food in a fancy disguise. my room was uncomfortable, expecteing a welcome gift or at least a thank you for choosing this hotel. definitly not worth the price, which is a real shame.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a great lounge bar, and a fitness center. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. they provided tips about the town that I remember fondly. I highly recommend trying the Club area for its excellent food. I’m coming back for Easter!
