We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located right at the airport grounds and directly across from Terminal 1. It couldn't have been more convenient! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The hotel also had excellent dining options, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious meals and drinks. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff members ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Although we had a wonderful experience overall, we did encounter a minor issue with the bell boys not properly delivering our luggage to our room. Additionally, there was a slight delay in finding a bell boy when we needed assistance the next morning.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton at Frankfurt Airport for a quick overnight stay before my flight. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and when I realized my room was missing a bathrobe and slippers, they promptly brought them to me. I appreciated their efforts to be environmentally conscious. The rooms were a good size for Germany, and the lobby was spacious and stylish. I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient drop-off parking area and the tip to get my luggage cart the night before my flight. The hotel also had an impressive gym and was within walking distance of car rental and a Starbucks in the reception area.

We loved the convenience of this hotel, being almost in the terminal made our stopover hassle-free. It was a perfect choice for catching our very early morning flight. The location to Terminal 1 of the airport was excellent, allowing us to pack and wake up just 30 minutes before we had to be at the airport. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite, making check-in a breeze.

The extended hours of the Club Lounge were perfect for a busy airport like Frankfurt. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent with a good variety of options. I stayed one night at Sheraton for an early flight out of Frankfurt. The hotel served its purpose, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and professional. The location was fabulous, providing easy access to Terminal 1 and airport amenities. They even gave new customers a free drinks voucher and had English programming on TV.

Great location, being inside the airport for easy access. the room was clean and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. the room service, although pricey, was quick and efficient.

there were some missing items in the room, and the hotel staff had to be called multiple times to have them delivered. Lack of information about the spa and wellness areas being closed was also a disappointment.

I loved the convenience of staying at an airport hotel - it made my travel experience so much easier. The hotel is located very close to the departure area of Terminal 1, so I didn't have to worry about rushing to catch my flight. Plus, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Everything was spotless, making me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience.

We recently had a romantic escape and the experience was great! the complimentary wine and chocolates in the room were a lovely touch. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the airport so we did not have to worry about transportation. the view from our room was breathtaking, we loved being able to watch the planes take off and land while we enjoyed breakfast in bed.

The only downside of our experience was the lack of attention to detail when it came to housekeeping. Our room appeared clean at first glance, but there were small signs of neglect such as dirty glasses left outside other rooms and a discarded tissue in the hallway.

Housekeeping seemed to be lacking in attention to detail. There were dirty plates and glasses left in the corridors, giving the impression that the rooms hadn't been properly cleaned.
