I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel near a picturesque town square. The location was surrounded by lush greenery and trees. Although there was some noise from tree cutters, the staff quickly moved me to a quieter suite and the Director of Operations, Kevin Virgo, personally addressed my concerns with professionalism and care. The hotel also offered great amenities like a tremendous facial and nightly turn-down service with chocolates and face cream. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning grounds and excellent customer service.

Nothing not to love.

We had a decent stay close to downtown with lots of restaurants choices. The place is situated in beautiful places within walking distance of The Square. The room was comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities mentioned on the website. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent with healthy options. The spa and library area were relaxing spots, and the wine tasting tour was impressive.

The noise level from the surrounding areas can be quite disturbing.

Well-designed, well-maintained property with attention to detail. Spacious, well-appointed rooms with dimmer switches and a wide array of in-room snacks/drinks. Great amenities like a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom. Continental breakfast adds value, and had a good dinner option. Staff is welcoming and attentive. Overall feeling of luxury and comfort.

This beautiful property has everything you need on holiday. Extra touches like iced water and chocolates on the bed make it special. Fabulous breakfast and great concierge advice. Wine and cheese hour was sociable with local wines.

The new room we received was spacious with an amazing bath. Onsite dinner at Saddles was excellent. Layla provides fantastic meals with great service. The town is peaceful and within walking distance. Future renovations are anticipated.

Amazing pool & hot tub, beautiful rooms, delicious on-site dinner, and great service from employees. Despite traffic to the hotel, we had a relaxing stay. Would book again. highly recommended.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a split of champagne in our room for my birthday! The extra touch made our stay even more special. The staff was super friendly, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. a lovely experience!

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist with our needs. the location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, we loved the spacious and well-equipped rooms, which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There were some drawbacks during our stay. the service was a bit lacking, as we requested assistance with the fire pit and amenities but never received any response.

Loved the complementary water bottles and the warm muffins at breakfast. the hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the downtown area where you can find plenty of restaurants and activities. the pool area was also a nice place to relax and take a break from exploring.

They failed to explain it properly and I had to contact them to understand what was happening. the same goes for the electronic invoice, which I had to ask for rather than receive automatically.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities impressed me. I enjoyed the complimentary snack baskets and the breakfast offered was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to everything in the area.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I felt like royalty. the luxurious amenities and attention to detail were impeccable. the room was spacious and comfortable with fluffy pillows and a cozy fireplace, and the bathroom was stocked with high-end toiletries. the garden area was beautiful, with plenty of seating to take in the serene surroundings. the restaurant served delicious food made with locally sourced ingredients.

this was easily remedied by closing the windows and turning on the room's air conditioning.

The gardens were beautiful and peaceful, and the intimate atmosphere of the smaller buildings was perfect. the staff was helpful and pleasant, and the restful atmosphere was worth the extra cost. the location was ideal for exploring wine country.

There were no negative aspects during my stay.
