We are thrilled by the hotel's exceptional location, allowing us to easily walk to numerous attractions, including the vibrant Riverwalk. The staff truly shines. they were attentive and friendly, providing us with personalized recommendations for family activities. Plus, the fact that there's a clean pool was a hit with our kids, making relaxation enjoyable after our busy days.

However, we found the parking fee to be quite steep, which affected our overall budget.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the River Walk and the Alamo, making it easy to explore. The hotel’s pool was a good spot for my grandchildren, who enjoyed swimming. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and eager to assist, especially during check-in when I needed to switch rooms due to an unpleasant odor in the first one. This attention to customer service made a huge difference in our experience. Also, having complimentary beverages in the lobby was a thoughtful touch after a long day of sightseeing.

The staff was incredible,, especially this lady named Bianca who helped us get a room when we were really in a tight spot. Plus, I loved that there was coffee available 24/7 in the lobby,, perfect for fueling up before a long day ahead.

It wasn't exactly affordable,, but still acceptable.

Take advantage of the complimentary beverages in the lobby after a day of exploring, it's a refreshing way to recharge.

Consider using public transportation to avoid the high parking fee, and enjoy convenient access to downtown attractions without the hassle.

The parking fee at $30 per night felt excessive!!! Cleanliness in the bathrooms left much to be desired!!! The water pressure from the shower was frustratingly low, making it difficult to have a proper wash!!! Common areas did not seem well maintained!!!

The cleanliness of the bathrooms could use significant improvement!!! Along with the $30 parking fee that was not well communicated, the noise from other guests made it difficult to sleep. The room door was quite temperamental too!!!

Consider arriving early for better parking options and explore nearby local eateries for unique dining experiences outside the hotel.

this hotel was a complete letdown. the breakfast was awful, powdered eggs? really? and don’t even get me started on the $30 parking fee. i expected something special during my stay, but apparently my loyalty means nothing here, no upgrade or welcome gift. i almost left a good review but just couldn’t, absoluteley ridiculous.

I had to call maintenance due to a clog in the sink, which they fixed promptly. The breakfast team deserves praise for their attentiveness. The hotel is in a great area for walking to many attractions, although parking did cost extra. I found the outdoor pool a pleasant spot to relax after exploring. Being from Italy, I enjoyed the busy atmosphere and found it exciting to experience the local culture during my stay.
