This hotel is located in the heart of central Berlin, right next to the main shopping street where KaDeWe is. It offers easy access to everything, including restaurants and bars. For example, you can go straight to the Butcher restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a rainfall shower that provides a relaxing experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is reasonably priced. Additionally, there is a pleasant courtyard at the rear for relaxing and the rooms have air-conditioning.

Some rooms at the rear may experience noise from the nearby S-Bahn, but it is generally not too intrusive.

During my Christmas stay, there were a few things that I enjoyed about this hotel. they offered two glasses of Prosecco as welcome drinks, which was a nice touch and a great way to start the holiday celebrations. the hotel is conveniently located near the S-Bahn line, making it easy to explore the city and visit other attractions. Lastly, one advantage that I really enjoyed was the cozy and warm ambiance of the hotel.

There are a few aspects of this hotel that I didn't particularly enjoy. the first issue was that there was no bottle of water offered upon check-in, which was unusual and disappointing, especially considering that I had experienced this at other hotels in the same chain.
