The hotel staff was accommodating, helping us switch to a larger room and ordering a cab quickly. The location was excellent, with attractions and a vibrant plaza nearby. The room had modern amenities and a spacious bathroom.

I was extremely impressed with my recent stay in Madrid. the room was spacious and clean, with excellent views of the city. the staff were very helpful and polite, and offered great suggestions for things to do with my children. the hotel had reasonable prices for breakfast and a wide variety of choices. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to popular tourist spots, shopping, restaurants, and the metro.

On the downside, the room I was initially given had an awkward layout and a small window in the ceiling. the noise from a nearby bus stop was occasionally bothersome.

The view from the terrace was also a nice bonus.

The hotel also had a sauna and jacuzzi, which were perfect for unwinding.

What a great New Year's stay! the hotel is perfectly located, just a stone's throw from the main sights and a few minutes' walk from lovely restaurants and bars. Two complementary items we got on arrival were a nice touch. the view from our room was stunning, and we enjoyed looking out onto the bustling streets below.

The only negative aspect was the street noise that went on late into the night. It was hard to sleep with all the commotion, even though we had a higher floor room.
