some of the staff members had difficulty communicating in English. the temperature controls in the room were not flexible enough during warm weather and were set on a fixed schedule for the air conditioning.

The lobby at Motel One Berlin-Hackescher Markt is incredibly modern and inviting, instantly putting a smile on my face upon arrival. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient, allowing me to check into my room right away even though I arrived early in the morning. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, being just a stone's throw away from the Alexanderplatz station and within easy walking distance of the museum island. The room itself had everything I needed and was kept clean by the attentive cleaning service. The bar at the hotel was also a great spot to relax. I had a lovely stay at Motel One Berlin-Hackescher Markt and would definitely recommend it!

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen, omringd door rust en natuur, maar toch op slechts een korte loopafstand van het dorpscentrum. De kamers waren ruim en schoon, met een groot terras en een prachtig uitzicht. De parkeergarage was ruim en goedkoop, en ik kon mijn auto gemakkelijk en veilig parkeren. Bovendien was er een handige transportfaciliteit vanuit het hotel naar verschillende bestemmingen in de Tyrol en Zugspitz-gebieden. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en werd constant bijgevuld, en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
