The location of the hotel is great, and the rooms and facilities are excellent. We really enjoyed the workout room and the breakfast bar. The extra kid area in the pool+room was a nice touch. The beds were super comfortable, and we felt like we got our money's worth.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn near O'Hare Airport for a business trip. My stay was for 3 nights and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces, making me feel welcome. The self-park lot had a new system, although they could have informed us about needing the room key to exit. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

The hotel did have two redeeming qualities. the location was convenient, being close to the airport and offering a shuttle service. Secondly, the staff were polite and accommodating, providing immediate assistance when needed. However, these small advantages were not enough to compensate for the overall negative experience.

Omg, this hotel was a disaster. the rooms were incredibly dated and the HVAC system was so loud that it kept me up all night.

For us it was ideal.

The breakfast at Hilton Garden Inn Chicago O'Hare Airport was excellent, with a live egg cooking station. The location was great, and the hotel had a good swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking was a bonus.

The location is perfect for those looking to be close to all the major attractions in the area. It's near the airport, the L stop, and everything else you need. Plus, the rooms are clean and spacious with good room service. Breakfast is served too.

The staff's communication about housekeeping policies leaves much to be desired, which can be confusing.

Comfortable room with bathtub. Helpful front desk staff. Enjoyed pool, hot tub, splash pad, and breakfast buffet. Convenient location for accessing Chicago area airports. Good value for quality of amenities.

Great location! the hotel is conveniently located near the major attractions in the area. the fitness center and pool were fantastic, perfect for relaxation. Plus, the hotel restaurant served excellent food and had outstanding service.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. the TV in the room could have been bigger and had a dull picture.
