Shout out to Christina at the front desk—wicked helpful and always smiling. The room was super comfy, especially after getting stuck in Chicago with a blizzard outside. The shuttle to the airport was a lifesaver, and I loved having a microwave for late-night snacks. Really enjoyed my stay!

The pool area features a heated main pool and a kiddie pool, making it enjoyable for families. The location is about 10 minutes from the airport, which is quite convenient. I appreciated the spacious and clean room, along with the helpful shuttle service. The hotel offered a nice laundry facility, which added convenience to my stay. I found the overall atmosphere to be quiet and relaxing.

The room was clean and comfortable with ample amenities. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, breakfast service could use improvement. the waitress was not very pleasant. The hotel’s location is great for accessing attractions nearby and is easy to reach from the airport shuttle. The pool area is a fun perk for families. Inconsistent enforcement of the smoking policy regarding wrongful charges leaves guests frustrated!!! Limited responsiveness from management could improve guest relations significantly!!! Noise disturbances from nearby activities detract from overall comfort!!!

I woudl ve been happy with a complimentary upgrade, but I guess they don’t roll that way. almost thought about giving a good review, just couldn’t.

Arrived late and was super worried about dinner, but got an excellent meal! Comfy beds and a lovely view helped me forget my travel woes. Plus, the shower was like a spa treatment after a long day!

Got a smidge too excited about my accessible room and got a wet rug instead! It's hard to relax when your shower doubles as a water feature!
