Shout out to Christina at the front desk—wicked helpful and always smiling. The room was super comfy, especially after getting stuck in Chicago with a blizzard outside. The shuttle to the airport was a lifesaver, and I loved having a microwave for late-night snacks. Really enjoyed my stay!

The pool area features a heated main pool and a kiddie pool, making it enjoyable for families. The location is about 10 minutes from the airport, which is quite convenient. I woudl ve been happy with a complimentary upgrade, but I guess they don’t roll that way. almost thought about giving a good review, just couldn’t.
