The hotel is in a gorgeous location, right at the beach and along the main beach promenade. The Waterfront restaurant was all right for the kind of restaurant. The rooms were spacious and clean, with private saunas and beautiful views. The breakfast room was big and beautiful, with plenty of options for gluten-free vegans. The outdoor, heated pool was a dream, allowing guests to swim even in -6 degree weather.

The service in some areas, such as the Lindenhof restaurant and the bar/bistro, was slow, with staff being unfriendly and incompetent.

Great room design, amazing breakfast and spacious pool area! Room decor was modern and clean, with cozy beds and nice views. The breakfast had lots of options and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The pool area was nice and spacious, with enough room for everyone to enjoy themselves.

Unfriendly staff and poor spa amenities. Staff did not seem welcoming, and often seemed annoyed with guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities of this hotel. The spa and wellness centre offered a wide range of treatments, including full body massages and beauty treatments. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation, and the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a stunning view of the garden area. The location advantages were evident, as the hotel was ideally situated close to the beach and offered easy access to bike trails.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was with the service at the restaurant. Although the food was exceptional, the waitstaff seemed a bit overwhelmed, resulting in slower service.
