The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was right across from the train station and made it easy to get around using public transport. We enjoyed having a view over the plaza outside the station and found some good restaurants in another nearby area. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, providing helpful information about local attractions.

The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options. The location was very convenient, with easy access to popular attractions and public transportation. Additionally, the staff was accommodating and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The lack of proper air conditioning in the rooms. Despite the temperature being quite hot, the AC could only be adjusted within a very limited range.

The hotel had a convenient location near Hauptbahnhof and Hop-on Hop-off buses. The modern decor and comfortable rooms were great for a family with 2 small kids. The buffet breakfasts were delicious and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Deluxe room provided a perfect view of the NYE fireworks.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and Turkish bath, fulfilled all of our relaxation needs. the room was well-kept and spacious with modern decor, plus the in-room breakfast was delightful. the location was perfect, being only a short walk from a variety of restaurants and shops.

The only minor issue we found was with the service. While the staff were friendly and helpful, we did have to remind housekeeping to replenish our supplies a few times.

We had a great weekend break in a fantastic hotel. the staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We were impressed with the complimentary amenities provided in our rooms, including robes and slippers, and a selection of toiletries. the location was perfect for our needs, as we were able to walk to all the major attractions easily. We also enjoyed using the hotel's spa facilities, including the sauna and hot tub, which were a welcome escape from the busy city.

While we appreciated the hotel's focus on business travelers, we felt that it lacked character and personality, and didn't offer much of a local experience. We also found that some amenities, such as in-room coffee, were not included in our rate.

The hotel's location right next to the Central Train Station made getting around this city super easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious.
