The bed was comfortable, quiet area, beautiful buildings and landscaping, helpful and friendly staff. Wide windows with beautiful courtyard views, blooming vines on balconies, and a refreshing pool. Diego Ruiz went above and beyond to assist me, even coming on his bike. Fresh orange juice and friendly restaurant staff. A safe place for my family, loved the garden.

The pool wasn't heated, and there was no restaurant or bar available during our stay. the room was fairly plain and we found that we were getting bitten by mosquitos.

Stayed in the annex and felt like we were the only ones there, perfect for us. Javier provided knowledgeable and friendly help with navigating town and transportation decisions. Comfortable room with a surprisingly comfortable bed. Pool and restaurant were enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city and its attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a charming atmosphere. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the hotel, making it perfect for relaxation.

The noise from surrounding restaurants, especially in the second building, could be bothersome, particularly at night. Some staff members were inconsistent in their service, leading to some inconvenience.
