The hotel had a prime location right in the city center with many restaurants and a shopping center nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of water and coffee capsules in the room. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options to choose from.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the design of the room was not to our liking, with a strange opening between the bathroom and the rest of the room.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kleve and had a wonderful experience at Elaya Hotel Kleve, formerly known as The Rilano Hotel Cleve City. The room was spacious and clean, with a firm and plush bed, adjustable TV, and luxurious shower nozzles. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a small Saint Nicholas present. the hotel was modern, up-to-date, and provided excellent service.

Didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊
