The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering cozy beds and a nice bathroom that grew on me. The staff were friendly, always ready with suggestions for local cafes just a stroll away.

the breakfast staff acted like they were doing me a favor, very rude, and I had to suffer through a huge stain on the carpet near the bathroom, disgusting. I could’ve accepted all this if I just received a complimentary gesture for all my inconveniences but no, just left feeling like any ol’ traveler. how disappointing.

During my stay, I encountered a few hiccups. The laundry service was unavailable, which was disappointing since I really needed it. The prices in the downstairs cafeteria felt steep, and although we could take food back to our room, it still limited our dining options. Lastly, the location was a bit inconvenient. finding good restaurants or bars required a longer walk or a S-Bahn ride.

The location is misleadingly branded!!! It's not walkable to main attractions and lacks nearby dining options!!! The air conditioning is inconsistent and the Wi-Fi security is questionable!!! It's disconcerting when cleanliness standards are not met in the bathroom!!!

Loved the location—just steps from the tram and S-Bahn, making it super easy to explore Berlin! The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing snacks anytime. Room was spacious and clean with a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was good too!

the location was perfect, just steps from tram and S-bahn stops for easy access around town. the breakfast spread was fantastic, offering tons of options from english breakfast to cheeses and cocktails. staff were super friendly and helped me settle into a quieter room.

Had a fantastic time at this place! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and I was particularly impressed with the breakfast buffet, they had homemade cake that was just unreal! Plus, the room was super spacious with a comfy bed that made the whole trip even better.

It wasn't exactly cheap but it didn’t break the bank either.
