The breakfast offered is delicious, and there are plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, there are blackout blinds in the room, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The TV channel selection was limited and some channels were not working properly.

Despite being centrally located, my room at the rear of the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The strong wifi and clean, well-furnished room were also notable highlights. Finally, the hotel's commitment to creating a caring environment was evident in the thoughtful little surprises they offered.

The stay was very pleasant, the room was nicely decorated and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was great too! I especially liked the location, it was slightly away from the centre but not too far, very easily accessible by train and tram. The tram ride home from the city center was very easy and only took about 10 minutes.

There was no refrigerator in the room, which made it a little trouble keeping drinks cool. some staff members at the front desk were not very attentive or welcoming.

The Christmas decorations were beautiful and made my stay very festive. I also appreciated the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies that were offered. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and shopping centers, which made it easy to explore the city.

The room was not cleaned properly when I arrived and I found hair on the bathroom floor. the heating in the room was not working properly and it was uncomfortably cold.

I had a great stay at this hotel in July. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation. The hotel's location is a bit outside of the city center, but it is very convenient thanks to its closeness to the S-Bahn and Tram stations. This makes it a great base to explore the city, as it takes no more than 20 minutes and at least one change to get to any place of interest in Berlin. The rooms are worth the price difference alone. I stayed in an executive room with a very comfy bed, and it even had tea and coffee facilities. The room was big, clean, and very nicely decorated, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast at the hotel is a bit expensive, but totally worth it. They offer a good variety of hot and cold food, and everything I had was delicious.
