We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the spa, which offered a wonderful steam room and hydro pool. The location in front of the sea and away from the chaotic city was perfect for us, as we were within walking distance to the beach and a large variety of restaurants. The breakfast provided set choices, but it was delicious. The staff, from Tarik, Paul, Lal Rin, the chefs.

This hotel is an amazing value for the money. The location is perfect with a beautiful promenade by the public seaside, where locals gather to relax. The staff is incredibly attentive to detail and went out of their way to ensure that the rooms are clean, maintained at a good level, with modern amenities, and decorated in beautiful Arabic style. The breakfast included was also a great touch.

I had an incredible stay at a hotel in Qatar by Tivoli. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the friendly and helpful staff. From the senior managers to the restaurant and reception staff, everyone was top class. the hotel went above and beyond when I wanted to welcome a guest with a flower. Despite not having a florist, Mr Ramesh took the time to get us a long stemmed rose, beautifully arranged like a professional florist would, and all at no extra charge. the hotel's layout, with its unique history-inspired architecture, added to its charm. It was the perfect place for families and couples. the amenities were first-class, from the comfortable and tastefully designed rooms to the golf carts that transported guests around the expansive hotel area. And I must mention the breakfast, which was the best I've ever had at any hotel worldwide. I truly wish I could have stayed longer at this beautiful hotel.

The hotel has direct access to the beach and the souq. The restaurant serves delicious food with brilliant service. Staff went above and beyond to extend my stay, keeping me in the same upgraded room. A ride and tour of the souq by the hotel staff made my visit easier. I recommend Tivoli.

The location is great, just by the sea and with a beautiful promenade where locals go. The location of this hotel is perfect for beach lovers. You can easily order delivery from the many nearby restaurants or personally dine there. The rooms are big, luxury, and decorated beautifully. The staff is always helpful and cooperative. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety. Also, the outdoors space is just so relaxing and enjoyable with the bird sounds.

The hotel could improve its soundproofing as the noise of cleaning and others can be heard in some rooms.

We were impressed with the luxurious amenities provided in the Spa & wellness centre, including a relaxing Jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden area was another highlight.

We wished there were more dining options available in this venue. we were able to enjoy a delicious dinner in the restaurant which provided a special diet menu upon request.

The rooms were clean and well-decorated with traditional elements. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to provide excellent service. The breakfast at the Jarnen Restaurant was delicious with a wide range of options. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel also has a swimming pool which was a great experience. our experience was very good and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Felt right at home here, no reason to complain.

The location was perfect, I could easily walk to the nearby beaches and restaurants. the complimentary shuttle to the main area was convenient. the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options and the fruit selection was fresh and satisfying.

The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, not giving clear directions or recommendations when asked. the pool area was overcrowded and not well maintained, which was a letdown.
