We recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in a wooded setting. The charm of the hotel was truly captivating. The rooms, with their rustic pine accents and unique angles, were spacious and comfortable. The updated and elegant bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. The location, nestled near a walking path through the forest, was perfect for exploring Mölln and Ratzeburg. we had a delightful experience and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a sauna, jacuzzi, massage, steam room, Turkish bath and beauty treatments available. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing after a long day spent exploring nearby attractions. the exclusive room advantages exceeded my expectations.

Despite complaining to the receptionist, no solution was offered to remedy the situation.

During my Christmas stay, I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel is ideal, nestled in a wooded setting and near a walking path through the forest. It was so peaceful, and perfect for getting into the holiday spirit.

The rooms could use some updating, as the decor was a bit outdated. Additionally, there was noise at odd hours during my stay, and I could hear bottles clanking in the middle of the night. Finally, smoking in the bar area wasn't pleasant for the non-smokers, and should be prohibited.

Cleanliness, relaxing atmosphere, friendly and professional staff, excellent meals, great bar, good wellness area.
