This hotel is my go-to spot when I visit the North Shore. It's in a semi-industrial area, near a Korean BBQ joint. the staff at reception are super friendly and helpful, giving you all the info you need before leaving you to enjoy your privacy. the room was spacious with a giant spa bath, impeccably clean with lovely big windows overlooking light trees. the housekeeping was top-notch, and the room was always spotless when we returned.

One improvement this hotel could make is upgrading the main bed size to a Queen instead of a double. It felt a bit cramped for two people.

It reminded me of my grandmother's house, cozy and familiar. the gentle slope of the driveway made it easy for us seniors to walk without any trouble.

The room had both a spa bath and a separate shower. the shower had really good water pressure. Free and undercover car parking was convenient. Very close to the Albany shopping center, offering plenty of dining options. the relaxation facilities like the hot tub and pool were a great way to unwind, and nearby landmarks like Hooton Reserve and the stunning Browns Bay Beach provided ample opportunities for family bonding. Would recommend for a relaxing stay with easy access to attractions.
