I can't believe the amazing view over the lake! It's truly breathtaking. And the hotel is so conveniently located, right at the lakeside. Plus, it's just a short walk to the town center. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The staff provided great service and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Some of the receptionists had trouble speaking English or German fluently.

The breakfast options were plentiful with fresh items and made-to-order eggs. the staff was welcoming, accommodating and readily switched our room due to the noise from renovations. the facilities, particularly the indoor pool, were a highlight.

Some rooms face a very noisy street with direct sunlight and no AC. Room service, while good quality, was a bit pricey and included snacks for children.
