Must say, the staff were really fantastic—big shoutout to Elizabet, Haya, Sonia, and Divya for always being super friendly and helpful. Brekkie was on point too, plenty to choose from! Also loved the pool area, was a lekker spot to chill after a long day of exploring.

Just a bit noisy at times, especially with the renovations still happening, but nothing too crazy.

The rooftop pool offers stunning views, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Staff were friendly and accommodating, adding a lovely personal touch to our stay. Breakfast was solid, and the location is excellent for exploring Gibraltar.

Unfortunately, the noise from nearby renovations was bothersome during the day. Also, the dining menu had a few inaccuracies, which was a bit frustrating when expecting certain dishes.

the check-in process was utterly disorganized, and I had to revisit reception just to set up my account. Oh, and my pillow request? completely ignored! I woudl ve been delighted with a room upgrade or some small token of appreciation, but alas, I guess I'm not important enough here. recently, I almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

We visited Gibraltar with our two young kids and stayed in a very clean and comfy room. The central location made it easy to access attractions like the Cable Car. Our kids loved the rooftop dining room with amazing views during breakfast.

In my wife’s opinion, the dining menu could be more varied, especially for families.

For a great breakfast experience, consider dining earlier to avoid peak crowds and enjoy a quieter atmosphere.

Wicked nice spot! The rooftop pool had views that'd knock your socks off. Breakfast was solid with plenty of choices. Staff was super helpful and made ya feel right at home. Wish there was a bit more room for hanging clothes, but that's a minor thing. Also, the coffee options in the room were perfect for us.

We recently stayed for 4 nights and loved the easy access to attractions with our three young kids. The rooftop pool had stunning views and was a hit, especially after our excursions, like the dolphins boat ride. The adjoining rooms worked perfectly for us!
