The rooms were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay during our Christmas vacation. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and sightseeing attractions in the area. One of the best aspects was the helpful and friendly staff, who made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The air conditioning in our room was too fierce and we had trouble adjusting the temperature to a comfortable level. It would have been better if it was more user-friendly.

The Eliott Hotel - a centrally located, efficient and clean hotel with comfortable beds, adjoining rooms for families, and friendly staff. Enjoyed the cable car and nature reserve walk, as well as dolphin boat ride. Fantastic walk-in showers and modern amenities in well-presented rooms. Excellent food and drinks, especially at the main bar. Roof-top pool and sun-deck provided a relaxing oasis after exploring Gibraltar's sights.

The staff were fantastic, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect for exploring on foot, with the center and bus stop nearby. The room was elegantly furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast included a good range of options. The service from the reception was polite and informative. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment but it didn't affect our stay. a great experience.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our stay special, including gifting us a bottle of bubbly for our wedding and taking our picture. I did experience a slight inconvenience with the Wi-Fi being weak in the common areas, but that was likely due to ongoing renovation work. However, considering the incredible value for money and the overall excellent experience, it was a minor detail that didn't significantly impact my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of things in a lovely leafy square. The staff were amazing, always willing to help and assist whenever needed. There were many room amenities like the electric kettle, tea and coffee facilities, and flat-screen TV. The pool with a view was a great place to relax, and the sun loungers were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the fitness centre and sauna. The restaurant and poolside snack bar offered a good selection of food.
