The location was perfect, in a charming neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants, and it was walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The staff treated us like VIPs, especially Rania at the reception who was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by ensuring the tables are wiped after each use and implementing mandatory hand hygiene before using the common buffet.
