The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach close to downtown, which we really liked. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean, with spacious bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic range of high-quality food, including fresh salads and local specialties. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a gym and private beach area near Heraklion.

I had such a great time during my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right across from the bus station, making it super convenient for sightseeing and exploring the area. The beach access was also a major plus, as I loved spending my days lounging by the water and soaking up the sun. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. The housekeeping was impeccable, the staff at the reception were always helpful and friendly, and the waiters in the restaurant were extremely attentive. The variety of amenities offered here was impressive, from the spa and wellness center to the outdoor swimming pool. Plus, the live entertainment at night was always a fun way to end the day.

The property had a modern and clean eating area, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the holiday. the hotel was in a great location with plenty of nearby shops and easy access to the beach. the included meals provided a variety of options and were well-timed.

The lack of communication between the reception staff was very disappointing, as we had trouble obtaining additional bedding and customer service was unhelpful in this regard. There were also a number of issues with other guests, such as smokers and pushy individuals, that detracted from the experience.

Good location near the airport, shops, and restaurants. Clean rooms and facilities. Excellent food and breakfast choices. Pleasant pool area and beach. Considering a return visit.

I traveled with my 2-year-old son for a two-week vacation and the staff here exceeded all our expectations. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Special shoutout to Daria at the reception, who was super nice, and Mikhalis, who became a best friend to my son. the resort has excellent facilities for families with kids, including a kids playroom, playground, small pool, and even a mini disco every night. the food was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and Manos from the restaurant created a warm and homely atmosphere. I highly recommend this resort to all my friends with kids.
