The staff were very accommodating when we had

a room issue upon check-in. They swiftly moved us to a different suite, which was clean and had comfy beds. Although the breakfast was simple, it was a great value overall, making it a solid choice for families.

i had a great time at woodside dells hotel & suites. the family suite was clean and comfortable, and i loved that it was close to attractions. the seasonal pool will be open soon, which is perfect for summer fun. the staff was amazing, especially the lady at the front desk who was super nice and helped with all my questions.

Comfortable beds, great location

I loved falling asleep on the incredibly comfortable beds after a long day exploring. The room was clean and modern, while the hotel’s central location made it easy to access attractions and restaurants without hassle.

The initial view of the parking lot was a bit off-putting, and I wish they offered a continental breakfast. Additionally, the wifi range could be improved to make it easier to stay connected.

Although we had an issue with our first room, the front desk quickly accommodated us with a clean, comfortable suite. The indoor pool was a fun highlight for our kids during our three-night stay.

Excellent water pressure made showers refreshing.

Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find the website's claim of an entrance to our suite was inaccurate. The outdoor pool was uninviting due to overgrown weeds, and I was hoping for a more appealing atmosphere. Additionally, the indoor pool looked nice but was quite crowded, making it difficult to enjoy fully.

Our stay was wonderful! The family suite was spacious and clean. I appreciated the indoor and outdoor pools, both well-maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location allowed us to walk easily to downtown restaurants and attractions. 🏊‍♀️
