We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We loved the fact that it had a Nespresso coffee machine, which was a nice added touch. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The best part was the stunning view from the restaurant and pools. We were able to enjoy our meals while taking in the breathtaking scenery. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of all the action. We loved being able to easily explore the nearby bars, stores, and attractions.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. there was no staff at the pool, which meant we had to go to the bar every time we needed something or wanted to open an umbrella.

The hotel staff were extremely hardworking and attentive. The food was outstanding and only got better each day. The sea-facing room had a marvelous view and was very comfortable. The hotel went above and beyond by serving drinks on the beach and providing evening entertainment.

The Spa & wellness center is outstanding with professional treatments, including manicure, facial, and pedicure, in an exclusive treatment room. The infinity pool in the sun terrace offers an incredible view of the beach, and there are plenty of sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and beach towels available. The room advantages are exclusive, and the restaurant and bar/lounge area is excellent, with special diet menus on the menu.

The only minor issue at this venue is that the service can be a bit slow sometimes, and there might be a need for extra staff at the bar.

The room was comfortable and clean with great amenities. The breakfast had a large variety of food options. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town with many bars and shops nearby.

The pool area was disappointing, with no one around to offer service and the bar being more of a kiosk. The beach was crowded with little separation from other hotels and the sound of children could be heard all day long. it felt more like a simple hotel rather than a resort.

The hotel had two pools, one of which was an infinity pool, and there was a beach right next to the hotel. The staff were very nice and made us feel welcome. Additionally, the hotel had parking available and was conveniently located near Heraklion airport.

The breakfast spread is varied and delicious, catering to different tastes. the hotel boasts two pools, including an infinity pool, making it a wonderful spot to relax and soak up the sun.

The gym was a bit of a joke, not well-equipped for a proper workout.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and modern room, and the location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
