We had a wonderful stay at Alexis Hotel in Chania! The host upgraded our room to a partial sea view, offering exceptional views of the sea and mountains on one side and a city view on the other. The meals at the restaurant were delicious, with the added bonus of a stunning sea view. The location was perfect, providing a serene atmosphere while still being close to the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. a great experience!

The service at the hotel was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The restaurant within the hotel offered high-quality food and the staff were friendly and welcoming.- The hotel provided complimentary beach towels, which was a great convenience.- The location of the hotel, although outside of the center, was a good value for money and offered peaceful surroundings.

The shower in the room had poor isolation, making it impossible to prevent water from pouring out. The non-ventilated rooms made it unbearable to sleep in the summer temperatures of Crete.

The meals were absolutely mind-blowing, more like a gourmet restaurant than a hotel. The location was perfect with beautiful sunsets, ample parking

The bar at Alexis Hotel was a real hoot! Laughter and fun with friends, great atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious Greek and creative cuisine with stunning views.

The mini gym. I mean, who needs exercise on vacation, right?

The location was perfect - just a short walk to Crissi Akti beach and a pleasant 30-minute stroll along the shore to the city center, where we found free parking or took a bus. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the friendly staff was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with freshly made waffles and pancakes. The view from our balcony was stunning, offering a glimpse of the sea and beautiful mountains. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the refrigerator and hairdryer in the room.

Some guests mentioned that the WiFi connection was poor.

Simple, clean rooms with a nice view. Close to beaches and a short 5-minute drive to the city center. Great breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff.

The external unit of the air conditioner from the neighbors was noisy during the night.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel with a perfect view! the staff at Alexis were very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. the breakfast had a great variety of options and the breakfast lady was so kind. the location was quiet and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. the restaurant, Theodosi, had delicious and innovative cuisine inspired by Cretan flavors. We would definitely come back for the delicious dishes and the stunning view over the city and sea.

Great Staff! The staff at the hotel were fantastic, always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The owner was particularly amazing, working tirelessly to ensure all guests had a great experience. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and varied, with different menu options each day. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a beautiful view of the sea and easy access to nearby beaches. Having a car or scooter is recommended to fully explore the area.

Toiletries and amenities were lacking, with only a limited supply provided upon arrival. Replenishing them was a challenge and there were no shampoos available as promised.

Our stay at Alexis Hotel was excellent! We got great value for our money - the room may have been basic, but it was clean and had a wonderful sea view. The location, though a bit outside the center, was beautiful and the staff treated us like royalty. They were welcoming, friendly, and couldn't do enough for us.

Breakfast delights were lacking in one area - there should have been more milk and yogurt available.
