We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with daily changes of towels and clean floors and bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cute and clean pool with comfortable lounging chairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful, arranging tours and providing information when needed. The location was excellent, just a short 4-5 minute walk to the center of the city and close to a grocery store and supermarket. Transportation was convenient with the main bus station within walking distance.

While some of my friends paid more for a view of the caldera, they also had to deal with the blazing western sun in the afternoon. I truly believe that Astir Thira offers a great value for the price. I had a wonderful experience at Astir Thira and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.
