During my new year break at this riad, we appreciated the tasty complementary snacks and the mint tea served at the reception. the traditional decor of the different areas is unique and stunning. the rooms are spacious enough to move around freely, with enough privacy. the location is perfect for those who want to be away from the busy streets - just a few minutes walk to the souks. the staff was willing to assist whenever we needed them.

We found the bathroom floor a bit dirty and the shower system had no water pressure, making the showering experience uncomfortable. the rooftop terrace was not well lit at night, making it difficult to enjoy the views if you wanted to spend some alone time gazing at the stars.

We stayed at Hotel & Spa Dar Bensouda and were pleasantly surprised by its grandeur. Despite its inconspicuous exterior, the interior was superb with a minimalistic design. The bedrooms were long and the bathrooms were brilliant. The staff was friendly and the language barrier was not a problem for our group of French and English speakers. The rooftop offered incredible views of the city and the medina. We would definitely stay here again. Plus, they even offer a pick-up service from outside the medina.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by its beauty. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were outstanding. The location in the center of the medina was perfect, allowing easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and accommodated. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist me with anything I needed. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious with locally made products, customized eggs, fresh yogurt, and freshly squeezed orange juice. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
