The staff treated us very well, they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's location was great, quiet and safe, while still being close to the main attractions and the Hop On Hop Off bus route.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a better variety of options.

I recently stayed at the Athens Atrium Hotel & Jacuzzi Suites for a few nights during my visit to Greece. The hotel offered great value for the price, with affordable luxury and competitive rates for a 4-star hotel. The staff was helpful and pleasant, and I particularly enjoyed the spacious room and the luxury of having a bath. The hotel's entrance, lobby, and reception area were very nice, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The room had all the amenities expected from a 4-star hotel, including a tea/coffee set, minibar, and bathrobes. The beds were comfortable, and the heating in the bathroom was good. it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The bed in our room was extremely hard, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. , the distance from the city center and railway station resulted in overcharging by taxi drivers.

Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, situated between Athens city center and the coastline. This made it convenient to explore both areas without having to travel too far.

There were a few things that I did not enjoy during my stay. the carpets in the room were in dire need of replacement.
