The vintage and wooden furniture in the rooms gave a nostalgic touch, making me feel like a character from a classic Bollywood movie. the view from the 4th Floor overlooking Nariman Point was like a scene from a postcard, creating a tranquil ambiance perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the bustling city.

I simply adored the elegant and cozy ambiance of this hotel. the beautiful decorations throughout, especially in the lobby area, made me feel like I was in a luxurious paradise. the comfortable seating in the common areas and the conveniently located elevators made it easy for us seniors to navigate around the hotel with ease.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from Marine Drive and close to Churchgate station. The staff is incredibly attentive and caters to every need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a health spray of water in the clean bathrooms. The breakfast spread is delightful with tasty pastries. the hotel provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home.

The rooftop restaurant has been closed for quite some time, depriving guests of the stunning view of Marine Drive.

The location of this hotel was excellent, right by the promenade. It was great to be able to take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront. the staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home during our Xmas stay. the room was clean and tidy, providing a comfortable space to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

Our experience was marred by a few negative aspects. we encountered issues with the water supply in the bathroom.

Had a fantastic dining experience at THE SOCIETY restaurant. The heritage ambiance and exquisite chandeliers created a charming atmosphere. The staff was courteous and the North Indian, Continental, and Seafood cuisines were authentic and delicious. A must-visit for a memorable meal. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place is located in a prime spot, just a short stroll away from the sea. It's in the heart of the city, close to Churchgate station and right next to Marine Drive. The area is bustling and lively, making it a great base to explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring.

While the overall experience at this venue was fantastic, there were a few minor issues. The temperature control in the rooms seemed to be a bit off, making it too cool even after adjusting or switching off the AC. Additionally, I was hoping for a sea-facing room, but unfortunately, I didn't get one on both my visits.

The Ambassador is in a great location, just steps away from the waterfront and close to all the places we wanted to visit. We loved being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful views. The rooms were well-maintained and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, including both Indian and Continental dishes.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par. The floors and bathroom were not cleaned every day, and the bath was not as clean as we would have liked.

The facility is outdated, lacks any modern technology and up-to-date rooms. the Wi-Fi connection is weak, and the furniture is old-fashioned.

I was totally blown away by my stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the cricket ground. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast spread was mind-blowing and the staff at the breakfast area were attentive. The bed was super comfortable, with a great number of pillows. The hotel provided easy access to power outlets and the internet speed was fantastic. The reception staff were really helpful, providing all the necessary information for a smooth stay. The hotel also had a 24/7 shop, perfect for those late-night snack cravings. my stay at this hotel was jaw-droppingly amazing, with great facilities and an excellent location. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
