We did not feel completely safe in the area surrounding the hotel. There were quite a few homeless people and immigrants around, which made us feel uncomfortable when walking outside.

The service was also fantastic, with helpful staff available around the clock. The room amenities were great too, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, there were many different options for dining and leisure, including a bar and restaurant, as well as a jacuzzi.

As a tourist, we loved the central location of the hotel, providing quick access to attractions and shopping. The comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast served until 10.30 am were also impressive. However, the best thing about this hotel was the amazing staff. The reception staff were extremely polite, efficient, and always attended to our requests immediately. They were also very knowledgeable and informative whenever we had any inquiries.

During our stay, we felt truly spoilt as the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their friendliness and helpfulness made our experience even more enjoyable.
