I recently stayed at Balos Beach and had a fantastic experience. The bedroom was wonderful, with awesome bedding and classy decoration. The staff were incredibly attentive and always had a smile on their faces. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the breakfast provided was gigantic and tasty. Despite being a 3-star hotel, the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even provided free beach equipment, which is unheard of for a 3-star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and beautiful accommodations.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with large balconies, perfect for a family with 2 small kids. The rooms are clean and airy, with daily changing of bed sheets and towels. The buffet breakfast is varied and well presented. It's close to the famous Balos Beach and just a 20-minute drive from Falassarna beach.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. First of all, the location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do on the west side of Crete. It was also very close to the most beautiful beach on the island, Balos. The rooms were exactly like in the pictures, with a beautiful view and a big comfortable balcony. The breakfast restaurant offered a great view, and the food catered to a standard Western diet. I loved the fact that there were live cooked dishes by the chef, which made the breakfast experience even more delightful.

I stayed at Balos Beach for a few days to visit Balos Lagoon. The location was perfect, with stunning views and all the facilities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was clean. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were lovely, with a great sea view. The highlight was definitely the visit to Balos Lagoon - a must-see place, with breathtaking views and a beautiful walk down the mountain. Don't forget your camera and wear proper footwear!

I just gotta say, Balos Beach delivered amazing value for money. The room was top-notch with beautiful views from the balconies. The location was spot on for us, right at the start of the road to Balos beach. And the staff? Absolutely fantastic, they went above and beyond.

We were blown away by the stunning view from our room at Balos Beach. The sight of the crystal-clear ocean and beautiful beaches like Balos, Falasarna, and Elafonissi left us mesmerized. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring these breathtaking spots. The staff provided excellent customer service and made our stay truly memorable. The delicious breakfast and dinner options added to the overall fantastic experience. We even had the incredible opportunity to witness dolphins swimming near the shoreline in the early morning. we highly recommend this hotel for its breathtaking views and exceptional service.

We had a fantastic stay at Balos Beach! The value for money was great, the room was spacious and safe, and the staff were friendly and warm. The location was excellent, nestled between beautiful spots, and we loved the farewell gift of local goodies.

The hotel is conveniently located near the port, making it easy to reach Balos Beach. Additionally, there are other stunning beaches in the area. The rooms offer comfortable beds and some even have a sea view. The service is exceptional, with attentive staff remembering guests' drink preferences. The breakfast and dinner options, although not everyone's style, are still delicious. the hotel provides a relaxing atmosphere with a pool and the possibility to have lunch in the pool area.

The bathroom floors do not have shower wipers, so they get wet after taking a shower.

Great location in the countryside, perfect for those with a rental car. Nearest village has good restaurants within walking distance. Best beaches in Crete just a short drive away. Beautiful pool area with stunning sea views. Good breakfast options. Lovely small beach below the accommodation.

I loved staying at this hotel for its convenient location to explore the famous beaches in the area. It was a great hub for visiting places like Balos Beach, Elafonisi Beach, and Seitan Linania Beach. The hotel itself was clean and basic, perfect for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying. Additionally, the front desk staff was super helpful and even provided a Smart Phone for navigation. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking to explore the beautiful beaches nearby.

The complementary breakfast and dinner were excellent with a diverse range of dishes. the hotel was situated in a beautiful area with stunning views of the sea. the private rocky beach was a treat to visit and we enjoyed snorkelling. the friendly and helpful staff provided us with local information.

The remote location meant that there were no supermarkets within walking distance, and the nearest town was several miles away. the cooking facilities in the room were inadequate and the air conditioning was noisy.

The staff was friendly and caring, breakfast and dinner were great with different menus each day, the pool was enjoyable, and the views were lovely. The hotel was quiet, had big rooms, and was close to Balos for a less crowded experience.
