Inconsistent water supply.

As young holiday goers, we loved the fantastic pool, activities for adults like aquagym and yoga, great kids club, and amazing food sourced from their own farm.

Felt like part of the family, with exceptional service, nothing was too much trouble.

grecotel outshone with its personalized service, luxurious amenities, and attention to detail. the friendly staff, delicious meals, and clean accommodations made our city escape perfect.

We were impressed by the beautiful hotel with high-quality food and a very clean room. the insufficient daily water supply was a minor inconvenience. Nevertheless, the peaceful atmosphere and attentive service made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

we had a lovely time at grecotel. the smaller size of the hotel allowed for personalized service, making us feel truly special. from the friendly staff to the delicious food sourced from their own nearby farm, everything was top-notch. the pool was fantastic, and the activities for both adults and kids were a hit. the location was ideal, just a short drive away from Rethymno, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. overall, a peaceful and luxurious oasis where we enjoyed every moment.

We had a great stay at this hotel, located right at the sea and just a short distance from the old harbour in Rethymon. Our spacious room was immaculately clean and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing amazing service and making us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including Greek yogurt, pastries, and homemade marmalades. The pool area was beautiful and the poolside bar offered refreshing drinks and snacks. a fantastic experience!

from the exquisite breakfast to the attentive staff. the cleanliness was impeccable, with pristine rooms and common areas. the convenient location allowed for effortless exploration of well-known landmarks and beautiful spots like Spinalonga, Zeus Cave, and Chania. the availability of transportation, including trips to the farm and the kids' play area by the pool, was a delightful touch.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Had a wonderful weekend at this amazing small hotel with its own private beach area. The rooms were very clean, well decorated, and had comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet offered fresh orange juice and many hot and cold options. The swimming pool was beautiful, and we enjoyed lounging in the sun on the comfortable poolside cabanas.

The pool was freezing cold at the end of April, which was disappointing. Also, the refreshments at the pool were very expensive, with a glass of sparkling water costing €3.90.

the Spa & wellness centre exceeded my expectations and the outdoor saltwater pool was a treat. the beautiful beachfront location provided stunning views and easy beach access.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety and I would have preferred more options for special diet menus. the in-room breakfast was a fantastic alternative.
