Clean, new room with a fantastic shower, comfy bed, and dimmable lighting. Great café & rooftop bar, excellent staff. Variety of dining options. Best hotel room in NZ; surpasses Dubai. Room service was efficient and timely with delicious breakfast. Reception guy was outstanding! Will definitely return for the perfect experience.

My friends and I had a blast staying at this hotel for a fun-filled weekend in Invercargill. We hit up the "HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT" and "HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT" which were super lit! the room was sick, beds comfy, and staff chilled. Perfect spot for a teenage getaway!

Would have been even cooler if they had a rooftop bar for some epic sunset chill sessions and late-night hangs with live music or DJs.

Welcoming staff, excellent food and drink options. Central location near eateries and shopping. Recommend staying on the 4th floor facing south. Great Southland hospitality.

The café and restaurant, ranked number 2, offered a good selection of dishes and were enjoyed by many guests. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with well-designed bathrooms. The noise from nearby clubs or pubs on Friday and Saturday nights can be an annoyance for some guests, affecting their sleep quality.

My recent stay at a hotel in central Invercargill was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, with plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance. The hotel itself was brand new and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a minor issue with a spill on the bed, but the staff immediately took care of it and went above and beyond to ensure my room was tidy and comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic, and I loved the adjustable room lighting. In terms of convenience, the hotel offered easy access in and out of the building. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
